Before You Apply

What is offered here is not a service. It is an inheritance.

For four hundred years, the courts of Europe spoke to one another in a language built from numbers and invented signs — a cipher system the historians call a nomenclator. Entire coded vocabularies once existed. Almost all of them are gone. Nobody speaks that language anymore. What survived is a handful of specific codes, carried down through my mother's side of the family since the House of Vasa, and never written down anywhere a stranger could find them.

Two of them are placed in the hands of those I accept.

  • The first is historical. It is the strongest of everything that came down to us — the one meant for the highest circles, and understood, if it is understood at all, only by those who still know what they are looking at.
  • The second belongs to the present day. How and when it is used is explained only after a positive decision. It is not described here, and it will not be described here.

Why There Is an Application

I do not sell these to whoever arrives first with the money.

I decide, personally, who receives them. That is why this form asks for things a form normally has no business asking — who you are, what you do, why you believe you should be trusted with something my grandmother used exactly once in her lifetime. Answer honestly or don't answer at all. An incomplete application is simply set aside.

Most applications will be declined. That is not a sales technique. It is the only reason any of this has survived four centuries.

The Rules

Whoever is accepted accepts these along with it:

  • Only in genuine emergency. Not for convenience. Not for advantage. Not to move to the front of a line. Only when a situation is truly without a way out.
  • Never to place yourself above another person. These were never a rank, and anyone who treats them as one has misunderstood them entirely.
  • Never against the law. They protect no one who has broken it, and they were never intended to.
  • Never passed on. What you receive stays with you.

Whoever cannot accept these four sentences should not fill in the form below.

What This Is Not

I want to be as clear at the end as I was at the beginning.

This is not insurance. It is not a guarantee. No specific outcome is promised to anyone, and no outcome can be. What is handed over is a piece of history, together with everything I know about it — and it stays exactly what it has always been: a rare thing, held by very few, meant for the moment when there is nothing else left.

If you are in an emergency right now, contact your embassy, your consulate, or the emergency services in your country. Do that first. Do that regardless.

How It Proceeds

The decision. If your application is accepted, you receive an email from me. It contains my bank details and the final price in Swiss francs. There is one payment, made once. Nothing is charged afterwards — no renewal, no annual fee, no second invoice. Ever. The acceptance remains open for 30 days; if payment has not arrived by then, it lapses.

After payment. Once the transfer has arrived, I confirm it to you and ask you to propose a date for the handover. That date should fall within 60 days of my confirmation. If no handover has taken place within those 60 days, the amount is returned to you, less 10% for the effort involved — unless the delay was not of your making, in which case the full amount is returned. You are free to apply again.

The handover is personal. I hand the codes over in person, face to face. That is how they were passed to me, and it is how they will be passed on. I travel for it, anywhere in the world — with these exceptions: no country at war, no acute crisis region, nowhere politically unstable or undermined by corruption.
And not in the United States.

My journey there and back is not charged to you. Not as a goodwill gesture, and not as a discount — it is simply part of what I do when I decide to let someone share in this.

The exception. In genuinely exceptional cases, and only at my discretion, the transfer can be made over a secure connection instead: you receive a password from me, log in here, and read the code once. This is not the standard route, and it is not available on request.
